Refunds

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Before you start

If you have not pressed "YES, I AM" yet, ask within 14 days of paying and we refund in full.

Once your Day 1 has begun, the challenge is used and is not refundable. Restarts after a missed day stay free, so a hard start never costs you twice.

If a cohort does not reach 5 members, we offer the next month's cohort or a full refund.

Message us with the email you paid with. Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, through the payment gateway.
